Even after stepping away from active competition, he remains a master in the trade.

Luke played a key role in establishing Assero, drawing from his extensive career in the Royal Marines. Specialising in Counter Terrorism, Counter Narcotics, and Counter Piracy during his service, Luke also undertook deployments on short-term training teams globally. It was during these experiences that he developed a strong interest in training and development within the security sector. Luke's influence is evident in Assero's core values, making him the driving force behind the creation of a unique and exceptional team.

After dedicating 8 year to the Royal Air Force, Kieran Transitioned seamlessly into the the civilian security sector. His journey provided first hand insights into the power of effective leadership and the crucial role of high morale in achieving success. Kierans Global experience spans a wide variety of projects, sharpening his ability to unite diverse groups to reach common objectives. His experience is not only backed by qualification but also enriched by real world experience. His impressive portfolio highlights his adeptness in planning and executing operations across varied environments.

With extensive experience both in the UK and overseas, Kieran has evolved into a seasoned operational professional, providing specialised support and consultancy across the Security and Crowd Management sector. Most recently Kieran has deployed to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he has lead projects for MISK Global Forum & Red Sea International Film Festival.

Warrens journey into the security industry began in 2017 when I worked for the Champions League final at the Millennium Stadium. With no prior experience, this opportunity sparked Warrens interest in security. Since then Warren has worked on major events all over the UK, having solidified his passion for the industry. What he enjoy most about security is the variety and challenges it presents, from managing crowds at sports events to ensuring overall safety at live music events. Warren thrives on building strong, cohesive teams and takes pride in keeping people safe. His hands-on, collaborative leadership style ensures that he works alongside his team, fostering trust and camaraderie while maintaining a clear vision of our goals.
